This committee assists in resolving conflict within the Pha family or with other Hmong clans, organizations, or the community at large.
Culture

Preserves and prevents the deterioration of Hmong culture and traditions of the Plan clan through educational programming and in-service within the Hmong community.
Budget & Finance

Assists the association with fundraising activities and resources.
Education & Professional Development

Supports higher education and professional development of members.
Youth & Gender
Lead:
ZuaPa Yang Pha
Promotes the youths of the Pha clan, gender equality within the Hmong community, and generational unity. This committee works closely with the Pha youths to encourage active participation in leadership roles (within the association and including external organizations).
