The purpose of the organization is to:

• Preserve and prevent the deterioration of Hmong culture and traditions of the Pha Clan through educational programming and in-service within the Hmong community;

• Promote and support generational unity and gender equality within the Hmong community;

• Increase and support higher education for and leadership capacity of Pha youths;

• Encourage and promote civil liberty and democracy through civic engagement; and

• Increase and strengthen the relationships between the Pha clan and greater Hmong and Non-Hmong communities through active involvement in the community.
